The aim of the Tread Gower service is really quite simple, and driven by my long-standing passion for everything outdoors:
1. Tread Gower aims to increase participation in walking and the many health benefits of a great day outdoors. In addition, we want to submerge you in the rich cultural history of the area, and fuel your passion for environmental escape and enjoyment.
2. I am a strong conservationist, participation in outdoor activity increases personal awareness, responsibility and conscience, which will encourage more of us to take an active interest in the promotion, preservation and protection of our wondrous, wild countryside.
3. In a pressured world, the benefits of a day outdoors cannot be underestimated. Whether you want to de-stress, or from a corporate background just wanting to get away and learn more about each other in an outdoors environment; the great outdoors is often the best therapy.
4. Finally, I believe Gyms are evil and must be destroyed. Strapping a pack on your back, and levering your tootsies into a pair of boots is far better for you physically, emotionally and financially !!!
